VIDALIA ONION DIP

Cook time: 30 min

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Vidalia Onions, diced
2 cups Hellmann's Mayonnaise
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

Directions:
Combine ingredients and bake in casserole dish at 350F degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbling and brown.  
Serve with corn chips or crackers.

*Sweet onion may be used instead of Vidalia.
