1 package Turkey Tenderloin, whole

1 medium Onion, roughly chopped

1 large Tomato, quartered

3 cloves Garlic, whole

2 Tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 350F.  Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in baking dish.  Chiop onion, garlic and tomato and scatter in baking dish.  Place Turkey Tenderloin in baking dish, in the middle of vegetables.  Sprinkle turkey and vegetables with Mama Jen's and remaining olive oil.

Place in oven for about 50 minutes, stirring vegetables once.  Turkey should register 160F on meat thermometer.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.  Slice and serve.
