Prep time: 10 min



1 can Albacore Tuna, in water
3 stalks Celery, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 medium Tomato, chopped or sliced
1 small Avocado   , cubed 
1/2 whole Seedless Cucumber, cubed 
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon or Country Mustard
2 1/2 tablespoons Yogurt
2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1-2 tablespoon Mayonnaise, optional
2-3 teaspoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

Mix all vegetables with mustard, yogurt, balsamic and spices.  Mayonnaise may be added if you want it creamier.  Break up tuna in can and add to vegetable mixture.  
Mix well.
Serve over greens or in a sandwich.
