2 cup Edamame, shelled
1 1/2 cups Green Peas
1 1/2 cups Corn
1 bunch Spinach, chopped
1 medium Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 tablespoon Earth Balance Margarine
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Melt Earth Balance Margarine and Olive Oil in large skillet. Add all vegetables and saute for 6-7 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic, pepper and Mama Jen's. Saute for 2 more minutes and serve.
