PAN SEARED SALMON

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 10 min

 

Ingredients:

4- 4 ounce Salmon Fillets
2 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 whole Lemon, squeezed  

Directions:
Heat heavy skillet with Olive Oil on medium high.  Sprinkle salmon with Mama Jen's and add to skillet, skin up and cook for 4-5 minutes.  Turn over and cook for another 4-5 minutes, depending on desired wellness.
Squeeze lemon juice on top and serve.
