PAN GRILLED SHRIMP

Ingredients:

2 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

2 Tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

1/2 Whole Lemon, squeezed

Directions:
In large skillet, pour sesame oil over medium high heat.  In a bowl, toss shrimp with Mama Jen's and place in sizzling pan.  Cook for 3 minutes and turn.  Cook another 3 minutes and turn off heat.  Let sit for 2 more minutes.  Remove from pan, scraping all the bits from the bottom of the pan onto platter.  Squeeze with lemon and serve.
