MAMA JEN'S SIMPLE RIGATONI

Cook time: 12 min

 

Ingredients:

1 box Rigatoni, cooked al dente
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon White and Black Pepper, each
1/4 cup Parmesan and Asiago Cheese, grated


Directions:
Add pasta to boiling pot of water.  Cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes.  Drain and rinse with hot water.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, reserving some of the cheese.

Toss pasta in oil mixture and sprinkle with cheese.  Serve.
