
GRILLED ROMAINE SALAD

Cook Time: 5-6 minutes

Ingredients:
1-2 heads of Romaine Lettuce, cleaned
1/2 cup Parmesan or Asiago Cheese, shaved
1 Whole Seedless Cucumber, sliced thick
2 Whole Tomatoes, quartered
4 Basil Leaves, sliced
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Heat grill (or pan) on medium heat. Brush Romaine with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil.
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers and arrange on plate. Chop basil and sprinkle on tomatoes. Grill lettuce for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place on plate and add shaved cheese. Drizzle remaining Olive Oil, balsamic vinegar, Mama Jen's and Black Pepper.
Serve.
