
GARLIC NODDLES

Ingredients:

1 package Lo Mein or Udon Noodles, cooked

½ stick Earth Balance Margarine
-
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
-
3 tablespoons Coconut Aminos
-
4 tablespoons Garlic , minced
-
1-2 teaspoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
-
1 bunch Cilantro, fresh, finely chopped
-
2-3 tablespoon Fish Sauce
-
2 Sacallions, chopped
-
2-3 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Set aside. Add all ingredients (except cilantro in a bowl and whisk. Add ingredients into hot skillet with oil. Add noodles and finish with cilantro and scallions.
Serve.
