GARLIC NODDLES

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Lo Mein or Udon Noodles, cooked

  • ½ stick Earth Balance Margarine

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Aminos

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic , minced

  • 1-2 teaspoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

  • 1 bunch Cilantro, fresh, finely chopped

  • 2-3 tablespoon Fish Sauce

  • 2 Sacallions, chopped

  • 2-3 tablespoon Sesame Oil


Directions:

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Set aside. Add all ingredients (except cilantro in a bowl and whisk. Add ingredients into hot skillet with oil. Add noodles and finish with cilantro and scallions.

Serve.
