SZECHUAN SHRIMP with STIR FRY CABBAGE

Ingredients:

2 pounds Shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined

2- Cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 cup Chile Sauce

2 Whole Red Chilies, crushed

3 Whole Green Onions, chopped

4-5 Tablespoons Cornstarch

2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

1 Tablespoon  Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

1/2 cup Chicken Stock (low sodium)

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Tamari

1/4 Whole Lemon, squeezed

2 Cups Chinese Cabbage or bag of prechopped Coleslaw Mix

Directions:
Stir fry in wok with one tablespoon of oil, garlic and red chile.  Add chili sauce and stir fry another 2-3 mintues.  Mix chicken stock, green onion, brown sugar, garlic, cornstarch and Mama Jen's until smooth.  Stir in wok and bring to boil until thickened.  Add cabbage and shrimp and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice.
