BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Balsamic or regular Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 Dijon or Country Mustard
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1/4 teaspoon Agave or honey
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
In a mason jar or bowl, combine all ingredients, adding Extra Virgin olive oil last, drizzling in slowly. Shake or mix well. Serve or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
