SAUSAGE GRAVY & BISCUITS

Ingredients:
2 pounds Ground Pork or Turkey
2 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1/4 cup Flour
1/2-3/4 cups Milk 2% or Almond Milk to make Lighter
1-2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
Directions:
In large skillet over medium heat, brown meat. Add flour and incorporate well into meat. Slowly add milk while stirring. It will thicken as it simmers and you can add more milk if you want a thinner gravy. Add Mama Jen's and hot sauce. Serve hot over biscuits.
