1 can Anchovy Filets, with oil

2-3 cloves Garlic, minced

1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1-2 teaspoons Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon White Pepper

2 teaspoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend

1/3 cup Parmesan and Asiago Cheese

1/4 lemon, fresh squeezed


In food processor or blender, add anchovies, worchestershire, hot sauce, garlic, Mama Jen's, and black and white pepper.  Blend until mixture is thick.  Slowly drizzle olive oil while blending.  Add cheese, reserving some for mixing in the salad.  Add lemon juice.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
