1-2 heads of Romaine Lettuce, cleaned and chopped
1 baguette, cubed
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 can Anchovy Filets, with oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1-2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
2 teaspoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1/3 cup Parmesan and Asiago Cheese
1/4 lemon, fresh squeezed
To make croutons, cut in one inch cubes and toss in olive oil and Mama Jen's. Place on baking sheet at 350F for 8 minutes. Toss halfway through cooking. Cool for 5 minutes.
Chop Romaine into bite size pieces and place in bowl.
To make dressing use a food processor or blender, add anchovies, worchestershire, hot sauce, garlic, Mama Jen's, and black and white pepper. Blend until mixture is thick. Slowly drizzle olive oil while blending. Add cheese, reserving some for mixing in the salad. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate until ready to use.
