BAKED FRIED CHICKEN
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
2 pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 tablespoons Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In large bowl, add flour and 1 tablespoon of Mama Jen's.
In separate bowl, add eggs and a sprinkle of Mama Jen's.
In third bowl, add bread crumbs and a sprinkle of Mama Jen's.
Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
Drizzle oil on the bottom of a baking dish and place chicken.
Drizzle a little more oil on top of chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn chicken and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve.
