1 pound Ground Turkey or Chicken
1 can Black Beans, drained
1 large Tomato, diced
1 small Corn  , can, drained
1 medium Onion, diced
4 stalks Scallions, chopped
1  cup Cheese  , parmesan and cheddar combined
1/2  cup Tortilla Chips, crushed
1/2 cup Salsa 
2 whole Hot Peppers (Jalapeno), seeded and sliced (optional)
1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Cilantro, choppe


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In large skillet, saute onions and ground turkey.  Cook almost until done and remove from heat.  In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, saving cheese and tortilla chips to sprinkle on top.  Transfer to an oven safe baking dish.  Top with cheese and tortilla chips and bake for 15 minutes.  Remove and serve with salsa and fresh cilantro.
