ASPARAGUS WRAPPED IN PROSCIUTTO
Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 20-25 min
Ingredients:
2 bunches Asparagus, stem trimmed
1 package Prosciutto slices
1/2 cup Parmesan and Asiago Cheese, shredded
1-2 teaspoon Mama Jen's Salt Free Spice Blend
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, wrap 3-4 stalks of asparagus in prosciutto. Repeat. Sprinkle with Mama Jen's, pepper and cheese and a little drizzle of olive. Place in oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve.
